 - What is the process for booking The Dainty Den for my event?

To book The Dainty Den for your event, simply fill out our contact form and provide us with your event details. We will respond within 24 hours to schedule a consultation and discuss your needs and vision for the event. You can simple book your event with our online form and we will reach out to you the week prior to your event to go over details and get your final headcount.

 

 - Does The Dainty Den offer custom event themes?

Yes, we specialize in creating custom event themes to match your vision and style. Whether you want a tropical beach party or a vintage-inspired wedding, we can bring your ideas to life.

 

 - How far in advance should I book?

We suggest booking at least 2 months in advance, especially for weekend peek seasons, as spots fill up quickly. However, feel free to check with us for last-minute availability!

 

 - What is your cancellation policy?

Deposits are non-refundable, but we're happy to reschedule your party if needed! Let us know as soon as possible, and we'll find a new date that works.

 

 - Is gratuity included?

Gratuity is not included in the party price but is always greatly appreciated by our hardworking party hosts. A 20% gratuity of the total party will be added automatically to the invoice amount.

 

 - How long do the parties last?

Our parties run 2 hours. Most activities run for the first hour depending on the package and number of kids. Then the second hour we serve the food, cake/cupcakes and then dance and do extra activitiesdepending on time allowed. If you request an extra 30 minutes we will add $100 fee to your final invoice. We'll work with you to create the perfect schedule for your event.

 

 - Do kids take home their crafts? 

Yes! Every party includes a fun take-home creation, making it a built-in party favor. We use kid-friendly, non-toxic materials that are safe for all ages.

 

 - How Do I reserve a party at my house and what is your travel policy?

To reserve your party date and time, a non-refundable $325.00 deposit is required alongside a signed party contract. We suggest booking at least 3 weeks in advance, although last minute reservations may be accommodated if schedule permits. We will gladly travel to you, travel fees apply. Please call us to discuss and plan your event.

 

 - What happens if there is a snow-storm, my child gets sick, etc.?

In the event of inclement weather, The Dainty Den, LLC reserves the right to reschedule your event. If your child becomes ill, we will gladly work with you to find an alternate date for your party based upon our availability. If you choose to cancel your event, your deposit is non-refundable.

 - Can you accommodate guest with allergies?

It is your responsibility as the party host to check if any of your guests have allergies. If one of the children does have an allergy, we will try our best to be accommodating.  - Is alcohol permitted during a kids party?

For the safety of all our customers and employees, we kindly request that ABSOLUTELY NO Alcohol be brought or consumed at our kids parties.

Thank you for your understanding and cooperation. For evening ladies events you are allowed to BYO. The Dainty Den is not responsible as we will not be serving you the alcohol.

 

 - What types of venues does The Dainty Den work with?

We can also COME TO YOUR DOOR! or YOUR DESTINATION OF CHOICE. We can set up indoors or outdoors just make sure there is space and tables for us to sit and do the activities. We can work with a variety of venues, including hotels, event spaces, private estates, and more.

 - Can we bring our own food?

Yes! Feel free to bring your own food and cake or cupcakes. We do the set up and clean up so you can enjoy your guests.
