Refunds & Return Policy

Party Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE, but we are happy to reschedule your party if needed! Let us know as soon as possible, and we'll find a new date that works.  Event tickets are NON-REFUNDABLE but we are happy to use your ticket purchase towards a future event. 

 

To receive a refund or exchange for items purchased in our boutique or on-line, items must be returned in original condition. Original condition means the item is not damaged or altered and returned with all hangtags and original packaging where possible. Any item not meeting the condition standards of this policy will be returned at the customer’s expense.

Returns with a receipt received outside the returns timeframe may qualify for a merchandise credit. This credit is redeemable in our store location.

Returns without a receipt will receive a non-transferable merchandise credit. A valid government-issued photo ID, name, address, and signature will be required for the merchandise credit to issue and may also be required in order to redeem. Any name printed on the merchandise credit must match the name on the photo ID presented at the time of redemption.

If you're not satisfied with your purchase, please return merchandise accompanied by a register receipt within 30 days of purchase, for an exchange or refund. Returns with receipts over 30 days or without a receipt (but otherwise eligible for return) will receive store credit only. Gift receipts are valid for store credit only. Merchandise that is used or in unsellable condition will not be accepted for refund, store credit or exchange. Other restrictions may apply.

Returns may also be limited or declined based upon our refund verification system, which is used to process and track returns to help administer our loss prevention program.

Any valid government issued photo ID, name, address, and signature are required for returns without a valid receipt or gift receipt. Customer signature may be required for returns (both with and without receipt).
